Veneta Behar
For more than 25 years, life, work and curiosity have taken Veneta across Europe and beyond, from Bulgaria to Belgium and France, across international markets and as far as New Zealand.
Along the way, she has built businesses, led teams, developed international partnerships and discovered that understanding people is often the starting point for achieving results.
Her career includes country management and regional board leadership at Lesaffre, where she worked on business growth, organizational transformation and the development of people and teams across different cultures.
Today, she combines this experience with board and advisory work, leadership development, intercultural training and a particular interest in helping people navigate important transitions.
Her own journey has included moving abroad at a young age, returning to Bulgaria after many years, leaving a successful corporate career by choice and continuing to explore new challenges, including an astronaut training program and becoming an aerial yoga instructor.
These experiences have shaped her belief that we are never too experienced to learn, too established to change or too old to begin something new.
Through The Art of Win, Veneta brings together her business experience, international perspective and enthusiasm for helping others find their own way forward.
